Chief Operating Officer
Jared I. Kassoff
Jared Kassoff is a Principal at Iris Construction Company, where he oversees the firm’s construction and development operations across a range of commercial projects. In his role as Chief Operating Officer, he leads all aspects of project execution, including predevelopment, budgeting, entitlement, and construction management, with a focus on delivering efficient, high-quality outcomes aligned with ownership objectives.
Jared works closely with operating partners to execute both ground-up development and value-add renovation projects, ensuring seamless coordination from initial underwriting through project completion. His hands-on approach emphasizes cost control, timeline management, and practical problem-solving in the field.
In addition to his role at Iris Construction Company, Jared is a Principal at Resolution Capitol Management, where he supports asset-level strategy and operational execution across the firm’s real estate portfolio. His dual role allows him to bridge construction execution with investment strategy, driving value through disciplined capital deployment and thoughtful project oversight.
Jared holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Science from Syracuse University.
Outside of work, he serves on the Finance Committee and Alumni Board of St. Andrew’s Episcopal School, the Finance Committee for BZ Media, and the board of University of Maryland Hillel. He is a former member of the NextGen Board for the Jewish Federation of Greater Washington. Jared lives in Georgetown with his wife Jaime and their golden retriever, Franklin.

Director of Construction
Alexa Grossman
Alexa Grossman serves as Director of Construction at Iris Construction, where she leads new project development and oversees all construction execution with responsibilities including project budgeting, subcontractor management, and day-to-day oversight of field operations. Alexa brings more than a decade of construction project management experience, including office fit-outs in New York City and commercial TI, warehouse, and residential renovations throughout the DMV. Most recently, she oversaw construction for the Baltimore-based office of St. John Properties and national warehouse developer Warespace.
Born in Pikesville, Maryland, Alexa has deep family ties to the Baltimore area. After earning a degree in Business and Organizational Management from Washington University in St. Louis, she spent ten years in New York City before settling in Potomac with her family. A lifelong Baltimore sports fan, Alexa now spends most weekends exploring parks and hiking trails across Maryland and Northern Virginia with her husband, two dogs, and two children. She also holds leadership roles as co-chair of the volunteer board for the Kennedy Krieger Institute and in key leadership positions within the Jewish Federation of Greater Washington.

Assistant Project Manager
Will Hilton
Will Hilton joins Iris Construction as an Assistant Project Manager. He holds a degree in Financial Management from Clemson University, with a concentration in Real Estate. Will brings a well-rounded perspective to the delivery of construction projects, combining a strong foundation in financial analysis with hands-on construction management experience. This dual skill set allows him to approach projects with a disciplined, detail-oriented mindset while maintaining a clear focus on budget control, scheduling, and overall execution.
Will has two years of experience with a leading general contractor in the Mid-Atlantic region, where he supported and managed retail, multifamily, and industrial developments. During this time, he gained exposure to all phases of the construction process, including preconstruction, cost estimating, subcontractor coordination, and on-site execution, contributing to the successful delivery of complex commercial projects.
Outside of the office, Will enjoys golfing and playing guitar, interests that reflect his appreciation for both discipline and creativity.
