Jared is a Principal at Iris Construction Company, where he oversees the firm’s construction and development operations across a range of commercial projects. In his role as Chief Operating Officer, he leads all aspects of project execution, including predevelopment, budgeting, entitlement, and construction management, with a focus on delivering efficient, high-quality outcomes aligned with ownership objectives. Jared works closely with operating partners to execute both ground-up development and value-add renovation projects, ensuring seamless coordination from initial underwriting through project completion. His hands-on approach emphasizes cost control, timeline management, and practical problem-solving in the field. In addition to his role at Iris Construction Company, Jared is a Principal at Resolution Capitol Management, where he supports asset-level strategy and operational execution across the firm’s real estate portfolio. His dual role allows him to bridge construction execution with investment strategy, driving value through disciplined capital deployment and thoughtful project oversight.

Alexa oversees all client relationships, new project development, budgeting, and field operations. She is hands on in the field as well as managing back-of-house process development and documentation. With over 15 years of experience spanning from New York through the DMV, she brings a key eye of detail to each project. Alexa touches every client relationship and project throughout the portfolio, offering the most hands-on team experience. She has educated herself on all aspects of interior construction from Class-A office, Warehouse & Industrial, Retail and Retrofits.

Will holds a degree in Financial Management with a concentration in Real Estate from Clemson University. He brings two years of experience with a Mid-Atlantic general contractor, supporting retail, multifamily, and industrial projects across all phases from preconstruction through execution. He will be your day-to-day contact and manage all details of the project through RFIs, Submittals, and Close-out.

With over 25 years in construction, Shaun currently serves as a Superintendent overseeing tenant fit-out projects. He takes real pride in doing things right — showing up on time, holding himself and his subcontractors to a high standard, and delivering quality work clients don't have to second-guess. Outside of work, Shaun can usually be found tinkering with cars, fishing, or spending time with family.
